Baked Mozzarella Tomato Basil Dip
|Marinated Bocconcini||1 Tub|
|Cento Tomato Paste||1 Small Can|
|Cento Brand Diced Tomatoes||1 Can|
|Italian Herbs||2 teaspoons|
|Fresh Basil Leaves||1 Cup|
An easy dish to throw together in a pinch!
To make it even easier just use some Marinara sauce.
- Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain the Bocconcini but reserve the Oil. Rough chop the Basil but reserve about 1/4 Cup for the top.
- Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and mix, add about 2 Tablespoons of the reserved Oil to it and mix.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and melted. Serve with Bread for dipping and the reserved Oil drizzled on top and the extra Basil.
