Baked Mozzarella Tomato Basil Dip
Ingredients
Marinated Bocconcini | 1 Tub | |
Cento Tomato Paste | 1 Small Can | |
Cento Brand Diced Tomatoes | 1 Can | |
Italian Herbs | 2 teaspoons | |
Fresh Basil Leaves | 1 Cup |
An easy dish to throw together in a pinch!
To make it even easier just use some Marinara sauce.
- Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain the Bocconcini but reserve the Oil. Rough chop the Basil but reserve about 1/4 Cup for the top.
- Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and mix, add about 2 Tablespoons of the reserved Oil to it and mix.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and melted. Serve with Bread for dipping and the reserved Oil drizzled on top and the extra Basil.
