These cookies get their flavor and soft texture from the pudding mix that you add, there are no real bananas in it (hey we can’t be healthy all the time!) I was surprised these tasted so good.

I found this recipe at TheBakerUpstairs.com and it is a keeper. If you don’t like banana swap it out for vanilla pudding.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir together the Flour and Baking Soda & set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl cream the Butter and both Sugars (I used a mixer)
  4. Add in the dry Pudding mix and beat until well blended.
  5. Add the Vanilla then the  Eggs one at a time blending well after each one.
  6. Add the Flour mixture slowly until you can’t see any white streaks of Flour.
  7. Stir in the White Chocolate Chips.
  8. Roll into 1″ balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden around the edges.
