Black Bean Queso Dip
Ingredients
Asadero Cheese | 1 12oz package | |
Black Beans | 1 Can drained | |
Fire Roasted Tomatoes & Green Chilis | 1 Can | |
Jalapeno | 1 Diced | |
Green Onions | 3-4 Diced | |
Cilantro | 1 Bunch | |
Tortilla Chips | 1 Large Bag |
This is a great alternative or accompaniment to salsa and it’s so easy!
- Place all the ingredients except the Cilantro into a slow cooker and switch to low and cook for 3-4 hours, alternatively, you can place it in the microwave for 1 minute and then stir and zap it at 30-second intervals until melted.
- Roughly chop the Cilantro and stir some through and place the rest on top.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips.
