Ingredients
Navy Beans | 2 Cans | |
Pinto beans | 2 Cans | |
White Beans | 2 Cans | |
Red Kidney Beans | 1 Can | |
Vegetarian Bacon | 1 Cup | |
Celery | 5 Stalks | |
Kale | 2 Cups | |
Parsley | 1/2 Bunch |
Dressing
Maple Syrup or Honey | 2 Tblsp | |
Champagne or Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 1/2 Tblsp | |
Dijon Mustard | 1 Tblsp | |
Garlic | 4 Cloves | |
Olive Oil | 1/2 Cup | |
Salt & Pepper |
Easy salad that works great as a filling side dish. It just takes opening a can to make!
- Open cans, drain and rinse Beans
- Mix dressing ingredients together
- Cook “Bacon”
- Chop Celery, Kale & Parsley & “Bacon”
- Mix all ingredients together and leave to let dressing absorb for at least 30 to 60 minutes.
