Colorful Asian Detox Slaw

Ingredients

Carrots 3
Red Cabbage 1/2 Head
Green Onions 4
Watermelon Radish 1
Toasted Sesame Seeds 1 Tablespoon

Ginger Miso Dressing

Grated Fresh Ginger 1 Tablespoon
White Miso Paste 1 Tablespoon
Canola Oil 1/4 Cup
Fresh Garlic 1 Clove
Salt & Pepper
Honey or Agave 1 teaspoon

If you have given up on your New Years resolutions already, this may help you kick it back into gear or at least ease the guilt a little!

  1. Shred the Red Cabbage, Carrots and Watermelon Radish, add to a bowl, dice the Green Onions and add.
  2. Mix the Dressing ingredients together and pour over the Salad and toss, sprinkle with Sesame Seeds.
