Ditalini Pasta | 1 Cup | |
Romaine Lettuce | 1 | |
Red Cabbage | 1 Cup | |
Cherry Tomatoes | 2 Cups | |
Persian Cucumbers | 2 | |
Green Onions | 4 | |
Vege Bacon | 1 Cup | |
Feta or Goat Cheese | 1/2 Cup |
Balsamic Dressing
Balsamic Vinegar | 1/4 Cup | |
Olive Oil | 1/2 Cup | |
Fresh Garlic Cloves | 3 | |
Sugar | 1 teaspoon | |
Italian Seasoning | 1/4 teaspoon |
- Make the Dressing by blitzing all the ingredients together and placing it in the fridge.
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.
- Roughly chop the Lettuce and place in a bowl
- Dice the Red Cabbage & Green Onion.
- Halve the Tomatoes.
- Crumble the “Bacon” & Cheese.
- Arrange everything on top of the Lettuce and serve with the Dressing.
