Fall Chopped Salad
|Rainbow Swiss Chard||1 Bunch|
|Romaine Lettuce||1 head|
|Baby Kale Spinach Mix||3 Cups|
|Red Cabbage||1/2 head|
|Roasted Sunflower Seeds||1/4 Cup|
|Colored Mini Peppers||8|
|Olive oil||1/4 Cup|
|Maple Syrup||1/4 Cup|
|Apple Cider Vinegar||3 Tablespoons|
|Lemon Juice||1 lemon|
|Salt & Pepper|
This salad is so colorful & healthy that you will run around the block after you eat it (well maybe not quite that healthy) but you will feel better for eating it!
- Mix the Dressing together, set aside.
- Chop the peeled Carrots and deseeded Peppers & Radishes.
- Chop the Greens, Red Cabbage & Green Onion.
- Add the Sunflower Seeds.
- Toss everything together with enough dressing to coat the Salad right before you serve it.
