No Churn Caramel Popcorn Ice Cream Sundaes

Ingredients

Heavy Whipping Cream 2 Cups
Condensed Milk 1 Can
Caramel Popcorn 2 Cups
Caramel Sauce
Chocolate Sauce

I love this twist on no-churn Ice Cream.

I used the Werthers brand Caramel Corn and it is awesome!

  1. Make the Ice Cream by mixing the Cream in a stand mixer until the soft peak stage then add the Condensed Milk and continue to whisk, crush 1 Cup of the Popcorn and mix in, place in a shallow pan lined with parchment or wax paper squeeze some of the Caramel sauce over the top and swirl it through using a skewer or knife, just so you can see swirls not totally mixed in place in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 Hours.
  2. Squirt some Caramel sauce in a glass, follow with some Chocolate sauce scoop some of the Ice Cream in and top with more sauce and Caramel Corn.
