Quick Heirloom Tomato Fennel Salad
|Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes||2 Cups|
|Fresh Watercress (or Arugula)||1 Cup|
|White Balsamic Vinegar||1/4 Cup|
|Olive Oil||1/4 Cup|
|Salt & Pepper|
This is a quick, easy and fresh salad, that would go well with pizza or pasta.
You could serve this with toasted flat bread.
- Mix the Dressing ingredients together.
- Halve the Tomatoes.
- Thinly slice the Fennel.
- Pick the Watercress leaves from the stems.
- Add everything to a bowl and toss with the Dressing.
