Simple Juicy Pineapple Cake
Ingredients
Butter Cake Mix | 1 Box | |
Pineapple Juice | 3/4 Cup | |
Melted Butter | 3/4 Cup | |
Eggs | 4 |
Pineapple Glaze
Powdered Sugar | 2 Cups | |
Pineapple Juice | 3/4 Cup | |
Butter | 4 Tablespoons |
An easy recipe that uses a boxed cake mix as the main ingredient! You could easily customize it with different juices for different flavors.
- Pre Heat the oven to 325 degrees., and grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Mix the Cake Mix with the Pineapple juice, Melted Butter and Eggs, mix for at least 2 minutes or there are no lumps left.
- Pour into the bundt pan and bake for 30-35 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan while you make the glaze.
- Put the Pineapple Juice, Butter and Powdered Sugar in a small saucepan and stir until dissolved.
- Poke holes in the cake and pour the Glaze over the cake and let sit until completely cool.
- When cool invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate and garnish.
