Simple Juicy Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

Butter Cake Mix 1 Box
Pineapple Juice 3/4 Cup
Melted Butter 3/4 Cup
Eggs 4

Pineapple Glaze

Powdered Sugar 2 Cups
Pineapple Juice 3/4 Cup
Butter 4 Tablespoons

An easy recipe that uses a boxed cake mix as the main ingredient! You could easily customize it with different juices for different flavors.

  1.  Pre Heat the oven to 325 degrees., and grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2.  Mix the Cake Mix with the Pineapple juice, Melted Butter and Eggs, mix for at least 2 minutes or there are no lumps left.
  3.  Pour into the bundt pan and bake for 30-35 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4.  Let cool in the pan while you make the glaze.
  5.  Put the Pineapple Juice, Butter and Powdered Sugar in a small saucepan and stir until dissolved.
  6.  Poke holes in the cake and pour the Glaze over the cake and let sit until completely cool.
  7.  When cool invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate and garnish.
