White Chocolate Red Velvet Popcorn

Ingredients

White Popcorn 7 Cups
White Chocolate 16 oz
Red Velvet Cake Crumbs 2 Cups

This is so easy to make but there are even more shortcuts to take as well, you can use bags of already popped Popcorn and pre-made red velvet cake. I made the Cake from a box the night before and crumbled it up when cool.

I use the White Chocolate Melts that comes in a huge block and broke it up into 2 different lots.  I did the same for the Popcorn so I had 2 huge bowls to work with.

You can use this Popcorn recipe if you want to pop it yourself.

  1. Melt the White Chocolate in a microwave at 30 second intervals until smooth, stir after each 30 seconds.
  2. Pour over the popped Popcorn and stir gently to coat.
  3. Sprinkle over the Red Velvet Crumbs and gently toss.
  4. Spread out on a baking sheet and let dry then break it up and serve.
