Winter Chopped Salad
|Chopped Romaine Lettuce||4-5 Cups|
|Fire Roasted Corn||1 Can|
|Granny Smith Apples||2|
|Manchego Cheese||1 Cup|
|Olive Oil||1/2 Cup|
|Balsamic Vinegar||3 Tablespoons|
|Dijon Mustard||2 teaspoons|
|Finely Diced Shallot||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed Garlic||2 Cloves|
|Maple Syrup||1 teaspoon|
An easy salad to customize, just leave out anything you don’t want and add in anything you like!
- Make the Dressing by whisking all the ingredients together and setting it aside.
- Add the Chopped Lettuce to a large bowl, if using bagged Lettuce rinse it and chop it into smaller pieces.
- Drain and rinse the corn, Chop the Tomatoes, Avocado Apples (no need to peel them). Dice the Cheese into small pieces.
- Add everything together and serve with the Pomegranates on top and the Dressing on the side.
