Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce | 1 | |
Yellow Pepper | 1 | |
Cherry Tomatoes | 2 Cups | |
Radishes | 4 | |
Avocado | 1 | |
Mini Cucumbers | 4 | |
Italian Parsley | 1/2 Cup |
Dressing
Avocado Oil | 1/2 Cup | |
White Balsamic Vinegar | 1/4 Cup | |
Maple Syrup | 2 Tablespoons | |
Salt & Pepper |
This couldn’t be easier, you literally chop everything and toss it in the dressing!
- Make the dressing first by combining everything and whisking it together.
- Roughly chop the Romaine, Avocado & Cucumber and add to a bowl.
- Dice the Peppers & Tomatoes, slice the Radishes and toss it all together with Dressing season with Salt & Pepper.
