Apple Pie Roses


Puff Pastry 1 Package
Apples 4
Apricot Jam 3/4 Cup
Lemon 1
Cinnamon 1-2 Tablespoons


These are a lot easier than they look, as they are made with frozen puff pastry and apricot jam.

Use this as your guide.

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 Degrees.
  2. Cut the Apples into quarters and remove the cores.
  3. Prepare a bowl by adding 2 Cups of Water and the Juice of 1 Lemon.
  4. Thinly slice the Apples and add them to the bowl of Lemon water.
  5. When the Apples are all sliced microwave the bowl of ApplesĀ on high for 3 minutes.
  6. Drain the Apples and pat dry.
  7. Grease a muffin tin well.
  8. Take the Puff Pastry out of the fridge and roll out on a lightly floured surface, roll out so it is a large rectangle.
  9. Cut the Pastry lengthwise into strips about 2 inches wide.
  10. Brush each strip one at a time with the Apricot jam.
  11. Layer the Apple slices lengthwise overlapping slightly.
  12. Leave about a 1/2 inch on each end.
  13. Start rolling the Pastry into a roll, keeping it reasonably tight but more importantly evenly.
  14. Place the rolled Pastry in the muffin tin.
  15. Repeat the process until you either run out of Apples or Pastry.
  16. Bake for at least 25-35 minutes
