Baked Mozzarella Tomato Basil Dip


Marinated Bocconcini 1 Tub
Cento Tomato Paste 1 Small Can
Cento Brand Diced Tomatoes 1 Can
Italian Herbs 2 teaspoons
Fresh Basil Leaves 1 Cup

An easy dish to throw together in a pinch!

To make it even easier just use some Marinara sauce.

  1. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2.  Drain the Bocconcini but reserve the Oil.  Rough chop the Basil but reserve about 1/4 Cup for the top.
  3. Throw all the ingredients in a bowl and mix, add about 2 Tablespoons of the reserved Oil to it and mix.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and melted.  Serve with Bread for dipping and the reserved Oil drizzled on top and the extra Basil.
