3 Ingredient Salted Caramel Semifreddo
|Caramel Condensed Milk||1 can|
|Heavy Cream||2 Cups|
|Kosher Salt||1/2 to 1 teaspoon|
I know this is not a traditional semifreddo but before you clutch your pearls and fan yourself, it’s a delicious dish with a massive shortcut that make this a simple Dessert recipe.
- Start by whipping the Cream in a stand mixer when you can tell its starting to thicken slowly add the Caramel Condensed Milk while the mixer is running at a low speed, increase the speed to medium and add the Salt (start with 1/2 a teaspoon, mix it in and taste, add a little more if you don’t think its enough.
- Adjust to taste and mix until thick and creamy.
- Place into a plastic container and put in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Let it thaw about 10-20 minutes before serving.
