Shortcut Strawberry Donuts
|Heavy Whipping Cream||1 Cup|
|Vanilla Pudding Mix||4 Tablespoons|
|Condensed Milk||2 Tablespoons|
These disappear as soon as they hit the table! Using store bought donuts makes this so easy.
You could use regular Glazed or Cake Donuts in place of the Buttermilk Bars, I’ve done both and they are just as easy.
Make sure the filling is firm as you don’t want it to be watery and soft.
- Make the filling by whipping the Cream with the pudding Mix and the Condensed Milk. Beat until quite firm.
- Slice the Strawberries.
- Make a cut on an angle into the Buttermilk Bars, if you are using Glazed Donuts cut them in half completely.
- Lay the slices of Strawberries in side and them pipe or spoon the Cream filling inside and serve.
