Spicy Italian Baked Beans
|Fire Roasted Tomatoes||1 28oz Can|
|Cannelini Beans||3 Cans|
|Garlic Cloves||3 crushed|
|Crushed Red Pepper||1-2 teaspoons|
|Parmesan Cheese||3/4 Cup Grated|
|Fontina Cheese||1/2 Cup Grated|
|Fresh Rosemary||1/4 Cup|
Cheesy spicy baked beans with italian flavors, even I was surprised by how good they were!
I found this recipe on BHG.com.
- Pre Heat Oven to 400 Degrees.
- Dice the Onion and add to a pan with the Garlic and cook down with a little Olive Oil while stirring for about 5 minutes.
- Add the can of Tomatoes and cook again for about 5 minutes and then add the drained Beans and stir until coated add 1/2 the grated Parmesan & 1/2 the Fontina Cheese.
- Spoon into a deep dish and Bake for 30 minutes after 10 minutes add the remaining Cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes and serve.
