Summer Cabbage Salad
|Shredded Green Cabbage||2 Cups|
|Fresh Dill||1/4 Cup|
|Canola Oil||6 Tablespoons|
|Golden Balsamic Vinegar||2-3 Tablespoons|
|Salt & Pepper|
A great salad to bring to any BBQ or cookout and it easily doubles for a larger group!
- Mix the Dressing and adjust to taste.
- Place the Shredded Cabbage into a bowl, slice the Cucumber, thinly slice the Red Onion and tear the Kale from the stems.
- Slice the Tomatoes, roughly chop the Cilantro and using scissors snip the Dill into the Salad.
- Toss together with the dressing and serve.
